Your Leadership Role & Responsibilities
  • Lead the Crew: Serve as the on-site leader for a team of 3, providing hands-on direction, mentorship, and support on every job.
  • Master the Workflow: You'll be responsible for the entire job lifecycle, including morning job prep, equipment maintenance, CRM job management and end-of-day activities like clean up and chip drop.
  • On-Site Expert: Act as the lead climber and field expert, ensuring all residential and commercial tree care services are performed safely and efficiently.
  • Client Management: Manage all client communication on-site, ensuring complete satisfaction and upholding our high standards of professionalism.
  • Safety & Standards: Champion our safety-first culture by setting up the job site, delegating work, and ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and equipment standards.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Experience & Expertise: You have 5+ years of hands-on tree care experience, including pruning, removals, climbing, and rigging. A deep understanding of tree species, common diseases, and best-in-class arboricultural practices is essential.
  • Problem-Solving & Communication: You are a natural leader with strong problem-solving skills and a knack for inspiring a team. You can communicate effectively with both your crew and our clients.
  • Proficiency: You are proficient with all tree care equipment, including chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders.
  • License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certifications: ISA Certified Arborist, CTSP/TRAQ certifications are a huge plus
