Provide scientific, operational, and supervisory support for a program of clinical and population science research focused on improving care and resources for cancer survivors and their loved ones. - Oversee day-to-day progress across the lab's portfolio of funded projects, including a psychoeducational intervention for LGBTQ+ cancer survivors and their caregivers and the adaptation of educational resources into an interactive online curriculum. - Specific responsibilities include supervising the Research Assistant and helping oversee students, interventionists, and other temporary or as-needed personnel contributing to the lab's work; managing regulatory processes, including Protocol Review and Monitoring Committee (PRMC) and Institutional Review Board (IRB) submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews; maintaining document management systems and version control across study materials and datasets; managing interventionist training and interface; supporting intervention and curriculum development; contributing to qualitative and quantitative data analysis; supporting the preparation of manuscripts, conference abstracts, and presentations; and assisting with the development and submission of grant proposals to sustain and expand the lab's research program. - Serve as a key liaison among the Principal Investigator, research staff, community partners, and collaborators, and is expected to exercise independent judgment in coordinating research operations and advancing scientific priorities.
