A basic understanding of consumer mortgage lending laws and regulations. Self-motivated and performance driven sales attitude. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as interest, financial ratios and percentages.Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to maintain confidentialityProficient technology skillsProficient user of Microsoft Office productsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPersuasive communication skillsEffective problem solving and decision-making skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities Resourceful and well-organizedEssential Experience:At a minimum should have three years of banking, mortgage lending or similar experience.Preferred Experience:At least five years of residential mortgage lending experience.Demonstrated an ability to produce strong sales results.A familiarity with the Middle Tennessee residential mortgage lending market.Essential Education:High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or combination of experience and education. Physical Demands:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the position.
