Overview: As an Assistant Studio Manager at Rumble Boxing Montvale, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and delivering exceptional service to our members. You will assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the studio's operations, from sales to customer service to administrative tasks. This role requires a passion for sales, fitness, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:

    • Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Provide tours of the facility and communicate membership options and benefits.
  2. Studio Operations:

    • Assist in opening and closing procedures, ensuring the studio is clean, organized, and fully operational.
    • Manage class schedules, instructor assignments, and studio bookings.
    • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
    • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  3. Sales and Marketing:

    • Assist in implementing sales and marketing initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
    • Hit sales goals 
    • Promote studio events, challenges, and special promotions to increase member engagement.
    • Support in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, local businesses, and community organizations.
  4. Training and Development:

    • Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to instructors and front desk staff to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, fitness techniques, and safety protocols.
  5. Administrative Tasks:

    • Handle transactions, process memberships, and maintain accurate records.
    • Assist with payroll processing, scheduling, and staff communications.
    • Prepare reports on key performance indicators, membership trends, and revenue goals.
  6. Safety and Compliance:

    • Enforce studio policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all members and staff.
    • Conduct regular facility inspections and address any maintenance or safety concerns.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a fitness or hospitality environment preferred.
