The Studio Assistant is an important member of our team at LUX BOX. While your primary responsibilities are outlined below, please note that, as a small and dynamic business, our team members often wear multiple hats. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assembly & Production

  • Lead hands-on gift assembly, packaging, and product preparation as a core daily duty
  • Assist with high-volume production builds while maintaining exceptional quality standards and attention to detail
  • Support custom ribboning, tagging, and finishing touches across all curated gift lines

Inventory Management & Studio Logistics

  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, inspecting, and organizing incoming products and raw materials
  • Maintain precise inventory counts and assist with ongoing stock tracking
  • Maintain shipping operations, including packing boxes, generating labels, and prepping outgoing shipments
  • Process returns, log shipping claims, and troubleshoot carrier logistical issues

Errands & Studio Support

  • Run local studio errands as needed (valid driver’s license and clean driving record required)
  • Keep the studio well-stocked, organized, and clean
  • Provide day-to-day support to lead designers and the creative team during photo shoots, media events, and busy seasonal spikes
