  • Support the casting, onboarding, and management of external creative partners while promoting healthy ways of working.
  • Ensure the Creative Studio operates efficiently, effectively, and consistently delivering against Netflix Experiences' daily, seasonal, and long-term objectives.
  • Actively identify and engage new creative talent and partners to support the studio's evolving needs as projects grow in scale and ambition.
  • Champion a culture of creative exploration and experimentation, ensuring operational systems support bold ideas and innovation at every stage.

Qualifications / Experience
  • 8+ years of experience managing creative operations or production within agency, studio, or client-side environments.
  • Proven track record of operationalizing multidisciplinary creative teams and projects across concept development, art direction, environmental and experience design.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs spanning brand, retail, and experiential environments.
