Assistant Studio Manager — Restore Hyper Wellness

Pay Range  $19–$27 an hour

Indeed Job Description

Confidence. Independent. Ready to Lead — and Be Paid Like It?

If you're the kind of leader who doesn't wait to be told what to do, who builds real relationships with clients and coaches your team to do the same, and who wants your paycheck to reflect your performance, not just your hours — keep reading.

Restore Hyper Wellness is the #1 IV Drip Therapy provider in the nation, and we're growing fast. We're not a typical retail store or gym. We're a wellness studio where clients are excited to be there, and where your ability to lead, connect, and confidently guide people toward the right services directly grows your income and your team's success.

Pay

  • $17–$23+ per hour base during training, rising to $19–$27+ with commission and bonuses as you hit performance targets
  • Monthly commissions tied to personal performance
  • Free and discounted Restore services for you
  • Health/dental insurance credit; medical, dental, and vision eligibility

You'll thrive here if you are:

  • Confident — you lead by example and aren't afraid to have the harder conversations with your team or your clients
  • Independent — you can run a shift, solve a problem, and make a call without waiting for permission
  • Extroverted — you get your energy from people, whether that's coaching your team or connecting with a client
  • Performance-driven — you want your effort, your team's results, and your client relationships to show up in your paycheck
  • Genuinely passionate about wellness — health and fitness are part of how you live, not just a talking point, and that authenticity shows

What you'll do:

  • Lead day-to-day studio operations and deliver a five-star client experience
  • Coach and develop a team of Nurses, Estheticians, and Wellness/Sales staff
  • Guide clients through a consultative, relationship-first sales process — helping them choose the right services for their goals, not just upselling
  • Help drive studio sales and marketing initiatives, and represent Restore at local health and fitness events
  • Step in on the floor when needed to keep the studio running smoothly

What you need (must-haves):

  • 1+ years of experience in retail, fitness, or service-based sales leadership — or a strong individual sales track record you're ready to turn into a leadership role
  • A genuine affinity for sales — you enjoy the process, not just the result
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort using data to track goals and adjust your approach
  • High ethics and integrity

Nice-to-have: a 4-year degree; prior people-management experience

Schedule: Generally 35–50 hours a week. Store hours are Monday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 9am–5pm, and Sunday 11am–5pm — expect a rotation that includes weekend coverage.

Why Restore: Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness in the U.S. — ranked #113 on the Inc. 5000 and named the #1 Hottest Franchise in America. This is a leadership role with a real path to grow into regional and multi-location management, in an environment where your personality and performance are recognized and rewarded.
