Job description

Front of House - Rumble Boxing

Bring the Energy. Meet the People. Grow With the Brand.

Rumble Boxing is loud music, dark room, big energy, sweaty high-fives, and people walking out feeling like they just became the main character. We're hiring Front of House team members who love people, move fast, and want to work somewhere that actually feels fun. This is the job for someone who can talk to anyone, bring good energy at the front desk, and help turn first-timers into regulars.

This role is based in our Richmond location.

The Vibe

You're not sitting behind a desk waiting for the shift to end. You're greeting clients, hyping first-timers, helping people book classes, selling memberships, keeping the studio moving, and becoming part of a team people actually want to be around.

What You'll Own

Sales & Revenue: sell memberships and class packs through in-person, phone, and digital follow-up; convert leads into booked classes, trials, and memberships; follow up daily on inquiries, leads, and no-shows; hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.

Client Experience: welcome every client and first-timer with energy and confidence; run smooth check-ins before class; handle questions, concerns, and feedback quickly and respectfully; build relationships that support retention and referrals.

Front-of-House Operations: keep the front desk clean, organized, and ready for peak traffic; support opening and closing duties and daily studio checklists; manage phone, email, and internal communications promptly; share promos and studio offers clearly.

Who We're Looking For

Outgoing, personable, and confident in conversations, in person and on the phone

Comfortable selling and hitting targets and KPIs

Reliable, punctual, and professional

Fast-moving during busy rushes and calm under pressure

Coachable and open to feedback

Sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service experience is a plus

Good energy is required

Schedule

We are mainly looking for full-time team members. Strong part-time applicants are also welcome if availability is strong. Morning, evening, and weekend availability is important.

What You Get

Competitive hourly pay of $18-$23/hour plus performance-based incentives

Free Rumble classes

Retail and Personal Training discounts

Paid training and sales coaching

Growth path into FOH Lead, Assistant Manager, or Studio Manager roles

A team environment that feels social, fast, and alive

Why This Role Matters

You are the first face people see when they walk in. You set the tone, help first-timers feel less nervous, help members feel known, and help the studio grow. At Rumble, Front of House is where sales, community, and culture meet.
