Gynecology Physician Assistant

High Lakes Gynecology | Praxis Health | Bend, Oregon

High Lakes Gynecology, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our established gynecology practice in Bend, Oregon. This role is 100% gynecology, with no obstetrics, providing office-based evaluation and procedural care alongside our surgical gynecologists.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a Physician Assistant with solid gynecology experience - a Women's Health Certification is a plus, but not required if you have equivalent hands-on gyn experience as a PA.

Day-to-day, you'll be seeing patients independently and managing:

  • Well woman exams
  • Evaluation and treatment of abnormal/irregular uterine bleeding
  • Management of PCOS and other menstrual disorders
  • Colposcopy and biopsy, including endometrial and vulvar biopsy
  • Hormone replacement therapy and menopausal symptom management
  • Contraceptive counseling and management, including IUD and Nexplanon insertion/removal
  • Evaluation and treatment of STIs
  • Pessary fitting, removal, and cleaning
  • Urinary incontinence evaluation
  • Infertility counseling
  • Minor in-office procedures (e.g., polypectomy, skin tag excision, treatment of condyloma)

Prior experience with colposcopy and office-based procedures is important.

Comfort with IUD/Nexplanon placement and biopsy procedures is expected from day one.
