The Role:
We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers to join our Albany team on a part-time basis.
As an F45 Trainer, you’ll play a key role in:
✔ Coaching dynamic group workouts that keep members engaged and challenged
✔ Building relationships to create a supportive, high-energy community
✔ Delivering the F45 Experience to help members achieve real results
✔ Working alongside the Studio Manager to retain current members and welcome new ones

  • Deliver high quality, results-focused F45 group fitness classes
  • Drive results for members
  • Set up the studio before and after training sessions
  • Ensure studio cleanliness and high standard of operation
  • Motivate studio members during and after training
  • Assist with membership retention
  • Help foster a positive community-based team-training environment
  • Help the management team to ensure the business operates at the highest level
