ROLE SUMMARY
In doing our part to make yoga more accessible to all, we have created a role that will allow us to positively impact the student experience at each of our studios and provide a discount on our studio membership. A CorePower Yoga (CPY) Studio Experience Team (SET) member is an important role to our overall student experience. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a SET member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for our yoga studio, ensuring that it is always ready for use by our community.
As a SET member you can deepen your connection with the CPY community and strengthen your personal yoga practice by taking advantage of a special discounted yoga membership (prices and max hours vary by market). Additionally, our SET members exhibit the Company's Core Values of Empower Everyone, Practice Gratitude, Build Community, Grow Forward, & Laugh Together.
If you are passionate about cleanliness and take pride in creating a welcoming and serene environment, we would love to hear from you. This is a part-time position in which our SET members commit to up to six hours of studio shifts per month.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Clean and disinfect all areas of the yoga studio, including floors, walls, mirrors, windows, and surfaces.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, changing rooms, and bathrooms.
  • Ensure that yoga props and equipment, such as mats, blocks, and straps, are clean and organized.
  • Restock supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
  • Take out the trash and recycling ensuring that all waste is properly disposed of.
  • Assist with laundry, including folding towels and other linens.
  • Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs in the studio.
  • Must be able to commit to a schedule and follow the CPY Time and Attendance Policy.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to commit to 6 hours per month (schedule varies based on studio need).
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and disinfectants.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, such as yoga mats and props.
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred.
  • Must adhere to CPY's attendance policy.
