1. Gérer ton studio comme un CEO.

Tu possèdes ton P&L mentalement : ventes, rétention, ambiance, propreté, rentabilité.

2. Propulser les ventes et la croissance.

Tu drives la pré-vente, tu fais grandir la communauté et tu dépasses les cibles.

Tu fermes des deals, tu inspires des membres, tu fais du follow-up comme un pro.

3. Gérer et élever ton équipe.

Tu formes, coaches et motives les coachs et front desk pour atteindre les standards Blackburn.

Tu es le point d’ancrage du studio — tu incarnes la culture.

4. Assurer l’exécution parfaite.

Chaque cours, chaque interaction, chaque détail doit respirer Blackburn : énergie, excellence, discipline.

Tu t’assures que le studio est impeccable, vivant, aligné avec la marque.

TES QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans en vente, gestion ou coordination d’équipe (fitness = gros plus).

  • Solides habiletés en communication et en leadership.

  • Expérience en gestion d’événements ou développement communautaire.

  • Capacité à performer sous pression. Pas d’excuses. Juste du résultat.

  • Organisé(e), autonome, passionné(e) de santé et de performance.

  • Attitude proactive, orientée solutions.
