Job description

We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Account Director with strong sales history to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing in new clients, building strong relationships, and helping them understand how our Marketing and Web development services can meet their needs. You'll work closely with each team to ensure smooth onboarding and successful project starts.

Duties and responsibilities

Lead the acquisition of new business by identifying and pursuing potential clients in need of web development services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Develop and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our services and expertise.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, and marketing) to ensure seamless project execution from pitch to delivery.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and enhance the agency’s competitive edge.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within the web development or digital marketing industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
