What This Role Requires
This is a full-time role designed for clinicians who take ownership of their work, their growth, and the long-term impact they have on a clinic.
You bring strong fundamentals and sound clinical judgment. More importantly, you are coachable, reflective, and motivated to improve over time. You care deeply about client outcomes, team standards, and contributing to something larger than yourself.
As a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at Myo, you'll:
  • Provide specialized and holistic care in pelvic health such as pelvic pain, incontinence, postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health dysfunctions
  • Deliver high-quality care to every client that walks through our door
  • Use your own clinical reasoning and judgment to deliver care and create action plans to help clients do what they love, longer
  • Engage with local referral sources to support the development of your own caseload
  • Participate in ongoing mentorship and clinical education provided from within the organization as well as external resources
  • Partner with your Clinic Director and Lead Clinician on an ongoing basis to determine the level of support and training required to help you grow

About You
  • You are licensed or license eligible in Los Angeles with advanced training, specialization or certification in pelvic health
  • You put your clients' needs first, demonstrated through behaviors such as: cross-referring clients to other clinicians when appropriate, following up with clients after appointments, managing outreach to unscheduled or "dropped" clients and an openness to work with your clients' schedules.
  • You are an advocate of your own growth and development and are eager to learn from your Clinic Director, Lead Clinician, your Regional Director of Clinical Development, and fellow clinicians
  • You thrive on giving and receiving feedback, adjusting your client care and performance accordingly
  • You are a team player and care deeply not only about your own growth, but ensuring the development of your entire team
  • You contribute to clinic culture as demonstrated through behaviors such as: excitement to mentor students, flexibility to cover shifts (on the occasion!), participation at clinic events/workshops/recharges, etc.
  • You are collaborative in nature and see the importance and impact of partnering closely with your clinic's Front Desk teamYou are a clear communicator and understand the importance of a positive customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 - $140,000, combining base salary and performance-based fee split depending on experience, performance, and clinical advancement.
