What is a Contract Yoga Model?

A Contract Yoga Model is a professional hired on a contractual basis to demonstrate yoga poses for purposes such as photography, video production, advertising, or instructional materials. They work with yoga brands, apparel companies, fitness studios, or publishers to visually represent proper yoga techniques and postures. Unlike full-time employees, contract yoga models work per project or assignment, allowing flexibility in their schedule and the ability to work with multiple clients. Their work requires both modeling skills and a strong understanding of yoga to accurately depict the intended poses.
