About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you are the heart of the studio experience. You'll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, positivity, and community. You'll support daily operations, assist with membership and retail sales, and maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment.
• Promote an exceptional member and new guest experience
• Sell Yoga Joint memberships and retail products with confidence and care
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and beautifully presented studio
• Provide outstanding customer service at all times
• Comfortably use our studio point-of-sale system
• Assist with studio turnover between classes and general maintenance
• Participate in community events to build brand awareness
• Uphold Yoga Joint's high standards in every interaction
• Work closely with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations & support revenue goals
• Exude a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude at all times

Schedule Availability
We have several shifts available and are looking for team members who are flexible and open to supporting the studio as needed:
• Morning shifts (starting at 5:30 AM)
• Afternoon shifts (starting at 4:00 PM)
