What This Position is All About
Under the direction of the Studio Services & Operations Manager, the Associate will be responsible for performing both selling and operational duties. The Associate will support the processes for Studio Services.

You Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience working in luxury retail and servicing clients
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Apple, etc
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interact professionally with a polished demeanor
  • Savviness in technology and systems
  • Ability to lift heavy items

As The Studio Services & Operations Associate, You Will:
Maintain a consistent high level of service and focus on providing an exceptional experience for the client:
  • Greet clients upon arrival
  • Provide hands on collaboration while selecting and pulling merchandise
  • Assist with hanger changes and sizing requests
  • Partner with clients and Style Advisors on department related communication, as well as managing leased vendor relationships
  • Ad hoc responsibilities as needed
