JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Studio Experience Manager plays a vital role in leading and motivating the team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience, driving membership growth, retention, and revenue. This role embodies the SWTHZ core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence while supporting the Studio Manager in daily operations, team development, and sales performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Membership Growth
  • Executes the relationship-based sales model with each intro and passionately relates how SWTHZ services will satisfy their needs and goals.
  • Tours potential members through the studio and describes the facilities, services and amenities that directly tie back to the intro's individual needs and goals.
  • Communicates membership options in a clear and concise manner.
  • Effectively and professionally enrolls guests using company sales techniques and protocol
  • Effectively schedule appointments and follow up on all leads and potential new business opportunities.
  • Communicate and promote marketing campaigns and special offers to leads and existing members.
  • Monitor and analyze membership data, tracking key KPIs to provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.

Leadership & Team Management
  • Support studio membership and revenue goals by collaborating with the Studio Manager and sales team to implement strategies for attracting and retaining members.
  • Assist in coaching and mentoring sales associates to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Assist the Studio Manager in coaching and developing team members by providing training and support to enhance skills and performance.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills to inspire the team.
  • Support performance management initiatives, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and participating in performance reviews.

Operational Excellence
  • Ensure a clean, welcoming, and safe studio environment by enforcing hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Oversee studio cleanliness by coordinating and supporting cleaning staff to maintain high standards.
  • Monitor studio operations to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance team performance and member experience.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Degree in a related field preferred.
  • Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification.
  • 1+ years in a supervisory role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service environment, with a focus on relationship-based selling and value-building.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Physical activities include squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, prolonged standing, and walking.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents
  • Must be comfortable with administering CPR/AED protocols.
