Temporary HRIS Systems Analyst

Hybrid | San Francisco or New York

Temporary Assignment | Up to 4 Months

$50–$65/hour | 40 Hours per Week


Our client is seeking a Temporary HR Systems Analyst to support its HR Systems team during a leave of absence. This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday professional to contribute in a fast-paced environment while supporting critical HR technology initiatives.


Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day Workday HCM administration
  • Configure and troubleshoot Workday business processes
  • Assist with Benefits and Leave Administration
  • Build and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields
  • Support integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
  • Assist with system testing, data audits, and release updates
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams

Ideal background:

  • 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience
  • Strong reporting and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Workday Benefits, Leave, business processes, and integrations
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
