Description

Position Summary

The Account Coordinator is the operational project leader responsible for executing client orders from quote through delivery. Working in partnership with a Key Account Manager, this role owns the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring every order is executed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The Account Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal departments, including Purchasing, Production, Art, Logistics, and Quality, to keep projects moving and proactively identify and resolve challenges before they affect the client experience.

1. Project Execution Manage the complete operational lifecycle of assigned orders. 2. Operational Excellence Maintain exceptional organization, documentation, and order accuracy. 3. Client Support Provide timely communication, estimates, acknowledgments, and project updates. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Drive alignment across Purchasing, Production, Art, Shipping, and Supply Chain.

Position Duties

Manage quote creation and Order processing.

Verify purchase orders, artwork, quantities, delivery dates, and project specifications.

Process order revisions and client change requests.

Purchase garments and coordinate vendor communication.

Manage production timelines and internal workflow.

Coordinate cross-functional communication throughout production.

Monitor project progress and escalate concerns appropriately.

Resolve garment, production, artwork, and logistics issues.

Ensure order accuracy and documentation integrity.

Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout project execution.

Partner closely with assigned Key Account Managers to support strategic client objectives.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflow and operational efficiency.

Desired Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, operations, or a related field.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities simultaneously.

Strong project management mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional client relationships.

Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful completion.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and follow-through.

Ability to anticipate challenges, identify risks, and resolve issues before they impact clients or production.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Screen printing, apparel decoration, promotional products, or branded merchandise industry experience is a plus.
