Job description

Our organization, a non-profit healthcare system situated in Northeast Wisconsin, is currently in search of qualified Board Eligible/Board Certified Non-Invasive Cardiologists to become part of our team in Appleton, Wisconsin.

  • 36 hours of patient interaction each week
  • Weekend on-call rotation of 1:5 or 1:6 (inpatient) covering both TCA & TCN
  • Average patient volume at TCA: 15
  • Average patient volume at TCN: 4
  • Weekday on-call duty once a week
  • Combination of inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic work, and diagnostic imaging interpretation
  • 3 days dedicated to clinic work each week
  • 1-2 days focused on reading diagnostic studies weekly
  • Outreach clinic 1-2 days every two weeks, located less than an hour from the primary site
Compensation Overview
  • Competitive salary with a wRVU production incentive
  • Generous signing bonus
  • $4,500 for Continuing Medical Education (CME)

Program Highlights

Our comprehensive Cardiovascular program includes:

  • Diagnostic Imaging: Stress testing, echocardiography, calcium scoring & CTA, cardiac MRI, Holter & event monitors
  • Interventional Cardiology: Strong structural heart and STEMI program including diagnostic catheterization, PCI, balloon angioplasty, TAVR, Watchman, MitraClip, PFO/ASD closure, and peripheral interventions
  • Electrophysiology: Pacemaker/ICD placements and cardiac ablations
  • Cardiothoracic Surgery: Valve repair/replacement, CABG, and thoracic procedures
