Coordinate live production elements, ensuring a high-quality final product. Operate and maintain familiarity with broadcast equipment, including switchers, replay systems, graphics, cameras, communications, and signal routing. Assist the engineering team with upkeep and functionality of control room and venue equipment.**30%** Support the development and management of production graphics and workflows. This includes creating graphic elements, building rundowns, and integrating video and statistical content into live productions. Contribute to technical execution and step into various production roles as needed during events.**20%** Provide leadership and support to student workers and freelance crew during productions. Assist in training and development across production roles, helping to improve consistency and execution.
