    Job description

    Client Success & Education Advisor

Trading Academy helps people build financial confidence through hands-on trading and investing education.

As a Client Success & Education Advisor, you will guide students throughout their learning journey โ€” from their first workshop registration through advanced coursework. Youโ€™ll be the person who ensures every student feels supported, organized, and inspired to continue building their financial knowledge.

This role blends client support, hospitality, and education advising. You'll help students navigate their next steps in the curriculum, introduce them to continuing education opportunities, and create an experience that keeps them engaged in their learning journey.

Whether you've been in the workforce continuously or are returning after time away, what matters most is your ability to connect with people, stay organized, and help others follow through on goals that matter to them.

    What You'll Do

    Student Experience & Relationship Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for students attending programs at the Atlanta center

    • Answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure every student has a welcoming and well-organized experience

    • Build relationships with students and help them stay engaged in their education path

    Education Pathway Guidance

    • Introduce students to continuing education opportunities, Mastermind sessions, and advanced coursework

    • Help students understand how different programs fit into their financial education journey

    • Play an active role in student retention and program growth

    Program & Center Coordination

    • Coordinate class schedules, registrations, and classroom logistics

    • Maintain student records, attendance, and engagement notes in Salesforce

    • Support instructors with classroom setup, materials, and technology

    • Assist with workshop events and student activities

    Operations & Center Management

    • Manage day-to-day center logistics including supplies, meals, classroom upkeep, reporting, and payments

    • Collaborate with Enrollment, Education, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience

    What We're Looking For
    • 3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, education, events, administrative coordination, or client support

    • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with people face-to-face

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

    • Microsoft Office proficiency; Salesforce or CRM experience is a plus

    • Willingness to support occasional evening or weekend workshops

    Why Trading Academy?

If you enjoy building relationships, creating great experiences for people, and helping others stay committed to their goals, youโ€™ll thrive here. Youโ€™ll be part of a team dedicated to helping individuals build financial confidence and take control of their financial future.
