JOB SUMMARY
Student worker will provide support to the Buccino Leadership Institute's administrative team to include general office work, data analysis, project management, event planning. Customer service skills are required for this role provided recruitment events and interaction with key internal and external stakeholders (i.e., Advisory Council members, Executive Council members, and prospective students).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of our student worker will include the following task:
  • Provide administrative support to the program Directors, Executive Director, and the Assistant Provost and Dean of Continuing Education and Professional Studies
  • Meet and greet visitors. Direct visitors to the appropriate administrator if necessary.
  • Presentation development and delivery at recruitment events.
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Attend recruitment events
  • Manage room reservations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The required qualifications of our student worker will include the following:
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.
  • General office knowledge (i.e. sorting and filing documents, copying, and data entry)
  • General computer knowledge (i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Data and project management
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Ability to handle confidential documents with discretion

Must be enrolled in a matriculated program and registered at least half-time for Fall 2026
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
The desired qualifications of our student worker will include the following:
  • Survey, research and analysis skills.
  • Journalistic writing, marketing, and social media skills.
  • Data and project management
  • Experience using Qualtrics Online Survey
  • Experience using Microsoft Forms
