Job Summary:
  • Implement new client installs, including implementation checklist, configuration, training and follow-up
  • Ongoing client support of PSST software applications, both desktop and web-based
  • Quality Control/Assurance for PSST applications
  • User product analysis
  • Write PSST application user guides
  • General PC troubleshooting skills
  • Support of MUNIS and its various modules
  • Present topical training during webinars and conferences
Qualifications:
  • College graduate preferred
  • Coursework in accounting, financial management and/or custmer relations preferred
  • Previous Payroll/Human Resources experience preferred
  • Previous MUNIS experioence a plus
  • Previous substitute management experience a plus
  • Previous presenetation and training skills a plus
  • Internet skills and Microsoft Office experience a plus

Working Conditions:
  • Will be based in Louisville, KY office
  • 30-40%, occansional overnight travel
  • Reports to Clisnt Success manager
