The CMT Student Associate Director exists to help shepherd and develop campus student ministry leaders while strengthening programming systems and execution across all campuses. In support of the vision to reach the 143,556 students within reach of Southeast, this role partners closely with the Central Student Director to care for, coach, and support those leading student ministry at the campus level.
This role serves as a key leadership voice within SE Students—helping ensure that what happens from the moment a student arrives to the end of the night is clear, intentional, and compelling. Working alongside the Central Student Director, the Central Student Associate helps shepherd the shepherds, build trust with campus pastors, and strengthen ministry environments through strong systems, coaching, and presence.
Why Southeast? Southeast Christian Church is a dynamic, growing church where staff are encouraged to lead boldly, care deeply, and live authentically.
