Job description

The Beauty Institute, a growing cosmetology school, is looking to expand itโ€™s Team.
The Student Services/Operation Leader/Admin Assistant position includes the following responsibilities:
  • Assists School Director in the overall leadership and operations of the school.
  • Assists students (incoming/current) with financial aid and payment plans.
  • Process paperwork, maintain and organize studentโ€™s financial aid records/files.
  • Manage school office functions, including kit/supplies ordering, student payments, and bank deposits.
  • Perform general student services, including record keeping and attendance tracking.
  • Oversee facility and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the school administration and Director, as needed.
