Job description

Provide administrative support to the Academic Success Center to include:

  • Work at the Learning Commons front desk in the Beaman Library to answer student questions and check students in for tutoring
  • Assist Director of the Academic Success Center on various projects including working with faculty on sensitive academic issues
  • Assist peers in understanding and utilizing academic advising resources 

Qualifications: 

  • Must be a current Lipscomb University Student
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn 
  • Flexible
  • Computer skills 
  • Ability to dedicate 8-10 hours a week to this role
