Lewis Palmer School District is hiring an IT Student Information System Administrator. The primary responsibility of this position will be the oversight of the district Student Information System (SIS). This position will be required to be familiar with all modules in the SIS in order to operate and manage the system as well as assist and train district staff with using the various functions of the SIS. Tasks will include student coding, compiling data, ensuring accuracy of student information/data to conform with CDE Auditing Department guidelines, and submitting reports and other data to CDE, including the October count report. Associates Degree or 5 years work experience in a related role is preferred. Prefer ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from district administrative personnel, and ability to create clear training documents for district staff when necessary. Also prefer ability to pull information from student database, create reports including numbers, ratios, percentages, and pass these reports to administrators with the ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
The salary range for this position will be $25.66 - $27.73 per hour. This position is full time (8 hours per day/261 days per year) with full benefits.
