We are excited about your interest in our district! District 87 is home to one high school, one junior high, six elementary schools, and one early childhood school. We also have the Bloomington Career Academy which provides career exploration opportunities to high school students at Bloomington High School and surrounding school districts.
Please review the attached job description and non-union compensation rates in the bottom right-hand corner.
  • The minimum starting compensation for this position will be $16.59/hour. Prior experience as a District 87 Student Monitor may be reviewed for additional compensation credit up to $20.74/hour.
  • Employment beginning after the normal employment start date will be prorated based on the number of days worked.
  • More detailed information about benefits and costs associated with benefits can be found here. This position will be classified as part of the Student Monitor employee group.
