Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Our staff consists of locals, transplants, seasonal workers from all 50 states and international students from around the globe. PURPOSE OF POSITION: A Lift Maintenance Helper is responsible for assisting the Lift Maintenance technicians and management with a variety of projects and tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate ski lifts for scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Assist with grip and carrier maintenance
  • Paint lifts and clean terminals
  • Dig out and tar tower foundations
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior ski lift and mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience preferred
  • Applicant must be dependable and possess a current driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be safety conscious and comfortable working at heights
  • Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift and position heavy components, approximately 50 lbs.
  • Must be prepared to perform assigned tasks in adverse weather conditions

  • Pay: $21.00 per hour
