Trinity Medical Sciences University is looking for a detail-oriented and student-focused Student Services Financial Coordinator to join our Accounting/Finance team.


In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for students navigating billing, financial aid, and loan processes, helping ensure they have the support they need to stay on track academically and financially. As our next Student Services Financial Coordinator, empower the next generation of doctors from the comfort of a hybrid schedule.

What you'll do:

  • Manage semester billing, payment plans, and account adjustments
  • Process student loans, financial aid, and refunds
  • Support U.S. Veterans with benefit certifications
  • Guide students through financial aid, budgeting, and scholarship questions
  • Collaborate closely with Admissions and Accounting teams
  • Help create a smooth, supportive experience for students from orientation through graduation


What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related Business field
  • Experience with student accounts, billing, accounts receivable, financial aid, or other customer-facing financial services
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for student support
  • Comfort working with financial systems, compliance standards, and cross-department collaboration
