JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Assist with event planning: creating events in fundraising software "Classy", managing
  • RSVPs, tagging records with actions, helping with event invites, nametags, decorations etc.
  • Aid with day of event coordination: setting up, greeting and checking in guests, breakdown and final details.
  • Assist with the management, creation, execution of fundraising events using "Classy" and "Classy Live".
  • Help Event and Engagement Manager train and educate campus groups about "Classy" and "Classy Live" event software.
  • Help with Davis House walk-throughs and event execution
  • Help with donor thank you letters and mailings.
  • Support database clean-up.
  • Perform administrative duties for the office: answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, helping with office coverage, database and address updates.
  • Other duties relevant to the job as assigned.
