  • Coordinate Development office operations, including office supplies and furnishings, department storage and materials, team calendars, and meeting logistics
  • Provide administrative and project support to members of the Development team, helping coordinate timelines, materials, communications, and follow-up for shared priorities
  • Serve as an integral member of the team on shared team responsibilities including identification of volunteer resources, effective and timely follow-up and stewardship with donors, and maintenance of constituent information in the school’s donor database.

  • A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and is comfortable shifting between different types of work
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, details, and deadlines with dependable follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated judgment and discretion, including the ability to handle confidential information appropriately
