Job Duties:

  • Responsible for the oversight of the Crisis Residential Apartments (3 beds) - this includes daily visits, billing for services, case management, assisting with skills development, obtaining more permanent housing and documentation of these services in a electronic health record.
  • Provides case management and skill building service to other individuals in the residential units at the aprtment complex.
  • Assists with the turnover of apartments when someone moves out and ensures the unit is ready for the next individual to move in.

Minimum Qualifications:

*Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling or related field.

(LEVEL 2 @ 40,000)

*Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Counseling or related field and 1 year of experience working in a community mental health setting providing direct services.

(LEVEL 3 @ 42,000)

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of full-time (or equivalent part-time) experience in social services delivery.
