  • Attend department meetings and in-service day trainings.
  • Help maintain safe, clean, and organized classrooms and activity spaces.
  • Support students in resolving conflicts using accountable talk and positive guidance strategies.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Establish, sustain, and encourage a positive and safe rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Communicate professionally and collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
  • Adhere to confidentiality requirements regarding student information.

Minimum Requirements

  • Fluency in French or another language besides English.
  • Interest in international education and experience living abroad and/or working in a multilingual environment.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

This position includes physical activity such as walking and standing for up to 1.5 hours at a time, bending, stooping, kneeling, running, sitting on the floor, and occasionally lifting children. • Willingness to stay current with technology and school-sponsored professional development.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting at $19.00/hour, depending on experience (DOE).
  • 403(b) retirement plan.
  • Health insurance coverage begins on the first of the month following your hire date; FI covers 100% of the employee’s base medical premium.
