Job Summary/Basic Function:
- Student workers are employed in many departments on campus.
- They assist college staff and faculty in various ways depending on the department for which they work.
Physical Demands:
Physical demands may vary depending on the department. Physical demands may include: standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs., carrying, pushing/pulling, reaching, handling, fine dexterity, kneeling, crouching, crawling, bending, twisting, climbing, balancing, vision, hearing, and talking.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 or higher
- Be enrolled in at least six (6) semester credit hours of coursework in the long semesters and three (3) semester credit hours of coursework in the summer semester I and summer semester II at the time of employment
- Must be at least 16 years of age
