Pay Range: $80,000–$110,100

Our one-of-a-kind Madison Heights campus includes four specialized clinics designed to serve children and young adults at every stage of life. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training clinic, speech therapy, occupational therapy, autism diagnostic testing and assessment, and daytime center-based services. Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Conduct assessment activities related to behavioral interventions

  • Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic

  • Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals involved in client care

  • Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis

  • Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

  • Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan

  • 2+ years of experience preferred 

  • Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism

  • Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model

  • Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning

  • Managerial experience preferred but not required

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations

  • Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
