IAH Airport Meet & Greet Agent - Pay range is $14.50 to $17.00
Key Responsibilities
  • Brief with Transportation Supervisor to review total expected transfer counts, total expected embark transfer counts, coach dispatch information, and special circumstance passengers. Relay any communication from Metro Shore, Transportation Manager or Pier.
  • Airport Meet & Greet Agents are responsible for greeting guests arriving at the airport and assisting with navigation inside the airport terminal.
  • Check documents such as ID, passport, boarding documents, and transfer tickets.
  • Airport Meet & Greet Agents are responsible for assisting guests that require wheelchair assistance throughout the airport terminal in conjunction with the embarkation process.
  • Answer general questions in an accurate and pleasant manner and provide pertinent information regarding boarding and sailing.
  • Responsible for answering radio calls and communicating effectively and efficiently when necessary. Notify Transportation Supervisor if flow is backing up at this area.
  • Maintaining the highest level of customer service and offering a certain level of cheer or sympathy as the situation requires.
  • Compliance & Safety - Follow dress code, hold self-accountable for working safely and adhering to compliance-related programs, policies, practices, and procedures. Take appropriate actions to address potential issues.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service, greeting every guest with a warm smile & positive attitude.
  • Ability to perform basic data input functions on a laptop computer, tablet, or handheld device.
  • Communicate clearly with peers and guests. Listen, respond, & resolve guest enquiries appropriately.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain dependable attendance and follow appearance guidelines and cruise line brand standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Knowledge/ Experience
