STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Clean Room Operator to join the team. This position is responsible for the daily operation of the clean room.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Performs cleaning of final assemblies using alkaline cleaner.
  • Performs cleanliness testing using solvent.
  • Dries final assemblies using nitrogen and vacuum oven.
  • Performs microscope and other forms of inspection.
  • Packages final assemblies to preserve cleanliness.
  • Records and maintains documentation of test results and data into computer system.
  • Verifies and maintains accuracy of routers and other applicable documents for completeness.
  • Follows all required safety and OSHA rules and regulation including the use of PPE.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Consistently, regularly and predictably at work and on time.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Education and/or Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
