Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Senior Vice President, Chief Nursing Officer (SVP, CNO) to lead nursing and clinical services across its 2,600 U.S. clinics as well as Home Services. Reporting to the President of the U.S. Clinical Business, this executive role serves as the senior clinical leader for quality, regulatory and compliance as well as clinical education, and clinical transformation within a global, matrixed healthcare organization. This is a high-impact national leadership role focused on translating clinical excellence into measurable patient outcomes, operational performance improvement, and business value. Direct reports include VP Clinical Transformation, VP Regulatory and Compliance, VP, Education, VP, Clinical Home Modalities, VP, Clinical Analytics, and Special Projects.

Qualifications

  • Senior nurse executive with large-scale, multi-site, national healthcare leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading enterprise clinical strategy, quality, regulatory compliance, and transformation.
  • Experience operating in complex, highly regulated healthcare environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical innovation into business value and scalable implementation.
  • Comfort operating in a for-profit, publicly traded environment, with strong financial and operational acumen.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 30%; Central or Eastern U.S. location preferred.
