Ifyou'reenergized by collaboration, innovation, and making a measurable difference, this is your opportunity to lead projects that matter.This dualrole position leads New Product Development projects with a strong engineering focus while providing PMO analytics leadership, including metric analysis and PMO-wide continuous improvement execution.

You will need to live within commuting distance to Stryker's Flower Mound, TX office and be-onsite 2 days per week.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and execution of projects through charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts
  • Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure costsremainwithin approved limits
  • Develop a risk management plan for the project including appropriate risk response plan.
  • Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables
  • Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
  • Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
  • Examine consolidated performance metrics of suppliers across the PMO and advise on continuous improvement opportunities

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant project management experience
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
  • Proficiencyin project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm under pressure. Adept in conflict resolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments
  • Previous relevant engineering experience
  • $98,200 - $163,700 USD Annual
