As a Senior Multimedia Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing corporate communications through compelling video, photography and graphic design, with a primary focus on multimedia production and visual storytelling.
Partnering with divisions and functions across the organization, you will create high-quality, brand-aligned content that elevates leadership communications, strengthens employee engagement and supports key business initiatives. Through your expertise in video production, photography, graphic design and multimedia editing, you will transform ideas into engaging visual experiences that inform, inspire and connect employees across a variety of channels and formats.
This role also offers opportunities to capture and tell stories firsthand, supporting on-site video and photography needs across the Kalamazoo campus and occasionally traveling to support events, productions and other high-impact moments across the organization.
This hybrid role is based out of our Portage, MI office.
What you will do
  • Produce and edit video content from concept through final delivery, including executive messages, interviews, events, storytelling features, and b-roll.
  • Capture and edit professional photography, including headshots, employee portraits, workplace imagery, and event coverage.
  • Design visual communication assets such as presentations, digital graphics, event materials, and other brand-aligned creative content.
  • Develop motion graphics and multimedia assets to support communications across digital and internal channels.
  • Partner with business leaders and communications teams to create compelling visual content that supports organizational objectives.
  • Plan and execute multimedia productions, including logistics, equipment setup, talent coordination, and on-site production.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and oversee multimedia assets, equipment, and photo release documentation.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables meet brand standards, quality expectations, and project timelines.

What you need
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video production or multimedia communications
  • Experience with professional cameras, video/photography equipment, and lighting & audio components
  • Demonstrated experience with editing software such as Final Cut Pro X, Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premiere

Preferred:
  • Portfolio demonstrating experience in video production, photography, and post-production editing across a variety of projects

United States of America Pay Ranges:
  • USN: $66,500 - $101,800 USD Annual

Travel Percentage: 20%
