$150,000 - $250,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

Vehicle Financing & Leasing Coordination

  • Secure and structure financing and lease deals for customers by working with banks, credit unions, and third-party lenders to get the best terms based on credit profiles.

Compliance with State and Federal Regulations

  • Ensure all finance deals comply with Oregon state laws, federal lending regulations, and dealership policies, including proper documentation and disclosures.

F&I Product Sales

  • Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle service contracts to increase dealership profitability.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Work directly with customers to explain financing options, answer questions, and build trust—ensuring a smooth and professional buying experience.

Reporting and Deal Auditing

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, audit deals for accuracy, and generate finance-related reports for upper management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive finance and insurance (F&I), Must in a dealership setting
  • Strong knowledge of Oregon state and federal automotive finance regulations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
