Job Overview

GigaSpan Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-visibility projects across Colorado. This role is for high-quality candidates only - experienced professionals with strong leadership, technical expertise, and proven project delivery success.

This position supports projects throughout the state and requires periodic travel to job sites and client locations.

What You’ll Own

  • Project Delivery - Manage end-to-end structured cabling and fiber optic installations.
  • Field Leadership -Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and vendors while ensuring site compliance.
  • Client Management - Serve as the primary client contact and lead project communication.
  • Technical Oversight - Provide leadership for fiber splicing, testing, and copper infrastructure.
  • Planning & Estimation - Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years managing structured cabling or low-voltage projects
  • Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and Division 27
  • Proven leadership of field teams
  • Experience managing budgets and schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

  • BICSI RCDD or RTPM
  • OSHA 30
  • Experience managing enterprise-level projects
  • Construction or telecom management experience
