We are seeking a highly organized Sales Manager to create seamless, memorable events at one of Connecticut’s premier hospitality destinations.

Sales Manager Responsibilities
  • Coordinate private events from inquiry through execution.
  • Conduct site tours and prepare proposals and contracts.
  • Create BEOs and communicate event details across teams.
  • Manage timelines, vendors, setups, and multiple simultaneous events.
  • Customize menus, beverages, décor, entertainment, and AV needs.
Sales Manager Requirements
  • 2+ years of event planning or hospitality experience.
  • Experience creating and managing BEOs.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
  • Restaurant, hotel, catering, or venue experience preferred.
