Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

Compensation:

$23 - $24 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Fit, assemble, and weld stainless steel and carbon steel components, including both light- and heavy-gauge materials, according to project specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
  • Measure and verify material dimensions to confirm proper fit and project requirements.
  • Inspect completed parts and assemblies to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
  • Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery to promote proper performance and extend equipment life.
  • Assist with other shop operations as needed, including painting, braking, and rolling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety procedures.
  • This position is safety-sensitive.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fabrication, welding, manufacturing, or a related field 
  • Proficient in welding GTAW, GMAW, and SMAW 
  • Strong capabilities in interpreting engineering blueprints and drawings 
  • Excellent understanding of various types of metal and their respective properties 
  • Familiarity with Safety regulations and readiness to utilize personal protective Equipment (PPE) 
  • OSHA 10 certification is highly preferred, and will be required within the first 60 days of employment.
