Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Structural/Civil Engineer or Structural/Civil Engineering group Manager with a Professional Engineer (PE) license. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and managing infrastructure projects for government clients, with a strong background in building design or highway design or bridge design. As part of our team, you will oversee and guide a group of engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of high-profile projects in compliance with governmental standards and regulations.
This is a leadership role in which you will manage a team of engineers, provide technical guidance, and lead structural design efforts. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our structural/Civil engineering projects, particularly for government infrastructure
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of structural engineers, ensuring optimal performance, professional development, and project success.
  • Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of government-funded building or bridge projects, from design through to construction, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Design Oversight: Provide high-level technical leadership on structural design solutions for government infrastructure, particularly for buildings and bridges. Ensure adherence to industry codes and regulatory standards.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for government clients, working closely to understand project needs, provide updates, and address concerns.
