Job Summary

Job Responsibilities

Routinely assess staffing ratios, and training/resource availability for High Risk/Imaging assets

Conduct RCAs based on findings from data analytics, improve operations and financials through process improvements

Update the agendas/business reviews for the monthly meetings, incorporating escalations and data to support discussion

Serve as liaison with the Project Management team for coordination with the Operations team; manage document updates, communications, and project plans

Support Capital Replacement Planning

Perform data analytics related to exception reporting, operational issues, financial concerns/cost‑savings initiatives, and inventory tracking/reporting

Weekly/Monthly metrics and QA for account

Support innovation initiatives - tech mobile app, client mobile app, API work with the Clinical Engineering team, online portal/service requestor rollout with SSO, client dashboard/KPI visibility, equipTRAX, and Asimily projects. 

Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, resource allotment, and recruitment and alignment of project personnel

Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project

Provide temporary operational field support as BMET/ISE, Supervisor, or Asset Management

Assist in transitioning start-ups including personnel, inventory, contract oversight, leading to operational status per contract timeline

Documents and presents project management results via client facing reports or dashboards

Prepares frequent reports and progress updates to Operations

Monitor project results against plan while responding to and coordinating requests for changes to original plan

Administration of required software management programs and project planning tools

Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issue lists, and risk management plans

Perform other duties as assigned that are intrinsic to the successful operation of the business

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

BS in Biomedical/Clinical Engineering, or MS in Clinical Engineering.

Advanced knowledge of project management

General knowledge of hospital business administration

Certified Associate Project Management Certification preferred

Experience:

Minimum of five years servicing clinical/patient care equipment in hospital environment

Minimum of three years of project management experience
