We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to work alongside architects, MEP engineers, and project managers on a variety of commercial, institutional, and building projects from design through construction. What You'll Do
As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will contribute to the design and coordination of building systems while working closely with multiple disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Design structural systems utilizing steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel.
- Prepare construction documents using AutoCAD (Revit experience preferred).
- Assist in the preparation of technical specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate structural designs with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams.
- Participate in occasional site visits and field observations as required.
- Learn and apply cold-formed steel framing design principles and industry standards.
- Support projects through planning, design, and construction phases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis.
- Minimum 4 years of structural design experience.
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification
- Experience preparing structural construction documents.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD.
- U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Preferred
- Master's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain.
- Experience with cold-formed steel framing design.
- Revit experience.
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary coordination skills.

Hybrid Work Schedule
Following a successful training and onboarding period, employees are eligible for a hybrid work arrangement consisting of:
