Work Schedule: 3 days per week, 7p-7a/Rotating Weekends

This frontline leadership position is strategically tailored to attract high-caliber IMU, PCU, Stepdown, and Med-Tele RNs who are ready to combine advanced bedside expertise with shift operations, patient throughput coordination, and staff mentorship. Working within our high-acuity stepdown and intermediate care units, you will oversee comprehensive progressive care services—including continuous telemetry monitoring, hemodynamic monitoring, arterial line management, non-invasive positive pressure ventilation (BiPAP/CPAP), high-flow nasal cannula (HFNC), and complex vasoactive drip titrations. As a full-service facility, our commitment to superior cardiac, stroke, and progressive care outcomes is demonstrated through elite national distinctions. We are proud to be the only hospital in Pasadena recognized by the American College of Cardiology as an accredited Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI and Resuscitation, alongside being a certified Primary Stroke Center.
